FAQs
How do I obtain a bail bond?
Call us and provide some basic information. What is your relation to the person in jail? How long have you lived in your current place of residence? How long have you been at your present job? This gives us a good understanding of you – the potential signer for the defendant in jail.
After establishing that you are the signer, you must pay a percentage of the bail. As soon as you pay, we will work to post bond for the defendant so that he or she is released.
How long does the process take?
We recognize an accident can happen at any time, so we are open 24/7 for you to call. Contact us and we can post bail in as little as 30 minutes to get your friend or family member out.
What does it mean to sign for a bail bond?
You are representing that the defendant in jail will pay the bail bond. You do accept full financial responsibility for the fee should they forfeit.
What type of payment do you accept?
We accept cash and all credit cards.
